However, factors such as stress, environmental conditions, poor diet or the use of antibiotics can upset the natural balance of friendly microbes. Acidophilus Bifidus provides billions of beneficial intestinal microorganisms, and helps maintain a healthy balance of flora in the gastrointestinal tract.

Directions for use

Dosage (adults, teenagers): Take two capsules daily. If you are taking antibiotics or antifungals, leave at least 2-3 hours before or after.

Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus (ATCC 7469) 2.8 billion cfu, Lactobacillus acidophilus (ATCC 4356) 800 million cfu and Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum (ATCC 15707) 400 million cfu.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin, maltodextrin and magnesium stearate.
