Recommended Use: Take three capsules half an hour after each meal every day.

Cautions 

• Consult a practitioner prior to use if you are taking immunosuppressants, antidepressants, blood thinners, digoxin, other prescription medications or if you suffer from diabetes or an immune system disorder.
• Do not use if you are pregnant/breastfeeding.
• Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, headache or allergies; in which case, discontinue use. If symptoms persist, worsen or develop; consult a practitioner.
• Take as directed by a TCM practitioner. TCM Cautions: If you have a yin deficiency, slumpy spleen qi, or cold due to deficiency with spermatorrhea, consult a practitioner prior to use.
• Do not use in case of yin deficiency with signs of heat, heat excess, or in the absence of significant qi deficiency.
