Directions for use 

1. Dosage: mix one heaping scoop (12.5 g) with 4-8 ounces of water, shake to dissolve and drink once a day.

2. Store in a cool, dry place. Slight color changes may occur over time due to natural fruit flavors. There is no change in the effectiveness or potency of the product.
