Used in aromatherapy to help relieve fatigue, nervous tension and as a nervine/calmant.

Directions for Use

Adults (18 years and older):

• Local topical application: add 2 drops to 5 ml of neutral vegetable oil and apply to the abdomen or inner wrists up to 3 times daily.
• Do not use undiluted essential oil.
• Direct inhalation: apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil on a tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times a day.
• For occasional use only.
• Do not use orally.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if necessary, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil.
• Store at room temperature.

Ingredients

Picea mariana (Black spruce) (leaf) 30%, Pinus sylvestris (Scots pine essential oil) 25%, Mentha x piperita (peppermint essential oil) 20%, Citrus paradisi (grapefruit essential oil) 20%.

Non-medicinal ingredient: Essential oil of Cinnamomum Zeylanicum bark.
