Directions for Use

Dosage (adults 18 years and older): Take 1 capsule 3 times a day. Take with a meal or food a few hours before or after if you are taking a supplement containing iron, calcium, copper or zinc. Take 5 to 7 consecutive days. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 weeks.
