Magnesium Complex Liquid is a concentrated combination of three biological sources of magnesium, including glycinate, citrate and malate. Magnesium is one of the most common nutritional deficiencies in Canada, with over 34% of Canadians aged 19 years and older not consuming the Estimated Average Requirement (EAR) for magnesium, with the number exceeding 40% for older men and women1.
