Our Moonshine tea has been formulated to relieve discomfort during moons and is composed of the best herbs for the uterus, including raspberry, nettle and yarrow.

Directions for Use

1. Pour 250 ml of simmering water on 1 tablespoon of herbal tea.

2. Let infuse for 15 minutes under cover.

3. Filter and drink hot or cold. 

For an optimal result, consume between 2 and 4 cups per day during one week, starting 5 days before the beginning of the period.

Efficiency tip: prepare 1L at a time and drink your infusion quietly during the day in your water bottle!
