This pocket diaper is the everyday diaper you need! Read more..
Our pocket diapers are complete and durable. We offer you the option of 1 trifold bamboo/cotton daytime insert or no insert for those who already have several inserts at home and just want the diaper. The AWJ (athletic fabric) dry effect diaper interior keeps baby dry and comfortable, preventing chafing. Did you know that our pocket diaper used without insert can also be used as a pool diaper? That's right! The Mrs. & Co pocket diaper will help your baby from birth to potty training!
This evolutionary pocket diaper is adjustable thanks to the two rows of snaps on the sale and the 4 rows in height. The round wings with 2 snaps on the end allow the diagonal adjustment method to be used. The double gussets on the thighs (double internal elastic) also allow for an optimal fit and even less risk of leaks on the thighs, while the wider elastic in the back reduces the risk of leaks.
1. Before the first use
We recommend washing the diapers and inserts twice before their first use. This allows the fabric to have a maximum absorption and to get rid of the sewing threads that would have stuck during the manufacturing.
2. Storage
Close the velcro on the flaps after use. Place soiled diapers in a bucket (dry) or in a soiled diaper bag.
Wash diapers every 2-3 days. It is important not to rinse diapers before storing them and if you must rinse, then hang your diaper or wash within 24 hours. Do not use bleach.
- Note that you do not need to remove the inserts before washing them, they will come out on their own thanks to our two openings.
- Do not soak the diapers. They must be kept dry.
- A good storage system should not leave an odor.
3. Washing
Rinse with cold water to get rid of any stool residue. Then do a regular wash cycle in warm water with a soap that does not contain fabric softener. Also, don't use baby detergents that are not concentrated enough to wash diapers properly.
- If your water is hard, do not do a second rinse and use a powdered detergent.
- Do not put too much water in the washer. Diapers should be able to rub against each other.
4. Drying
The inserts can go in the dryer without any problem. You can also put the diapers in the dryer a few times in order to tighten the threads and "hide" the polyurethane that covers your outer fabric (waterproof membrane). However, it is preferable not to dry the diapers in the dryer every time they are washed, but rather to dry them flat. We strongly advise you to lay your inserts and diapers in the sun since the sun, in addition to being an excellent whitener, also acts as an antibacterial agent. Note that laying your diapers in the sun very often will cause the elastics and wears to dry prematurely, so remove them as soon as they are dry.
