The Highty menstrual brief is a model that combines comfort and elegance. Made of cotton, it accompanies you in all discretion during your menstruation. Accompanied by its removable absorbent pads, you benefit from an ecological, effective and easy to maintain menstrual kit!

Directions for Use

The Highty menstrual panties can be worn alone on days with light flows. It can also be worn with washable sanitary napkins for heavy or moderate flows. 

The removable pads are inserted inside the panty thanks to 2 small pockets located in front and back. You only have to change the removable pads during the day to stay dry, putting the used pads in the small anti-fluid transport bag provided for this purpose. The set allows you to enjoy a menstrual kit zero waste and zero discomfort!

The Highty menstrual panty is also a great option to accompany the menstrual cup. Moreover, it is easily washable by hand or machine.

Note that the L'Ovary are made smaller than regular underwear and we recommend going up a size if you are unsure. The fit is made a little small based on feedback from several users! 

Here are the steps to select the right size for you.

1. Measure the hip circumference, at the widest point, as shown in the photo below.
2. Compare the measurement to the size chart. You will find the size of the corresponding underwear. Your Mrs. L'Ovary will fit you perfectly!
3. If you are between sizes, we recommend taking the next size up for more comfort.

Care Instructions

Rinse: Soak for 15 minutes in cold water or rinse under cold running water and squeeze out blood.
Repeat as needed until water runs clear.

Washing: Machine or hand wash (in warm water). Use a mild biodegradable soap or Mrs. Ovary's Soap. Add a few drops of lavender or tea tree essential oil from time to time for a deep wash!

Drying: Dry flat or hang outside. Avoid the dryer as much as possible, but you can use it for about 15-20 minutes on low to make sure everything is dry.

Sharing: Dig a hole in the ground and pour the pre-wash water at the base of a tree, in your garden or in your houseplants (Dig the hole well and cover with soil once your offering is made).
