Our double pouches were designed so that you can take your tissues everywhere with you!

It is a hygienic solution because you can dispose of your used tissues right in the pouch thanks to a waterproof lined space.

Our pouches come with 4 tissues (and can hold up to +/- 6) or can be purchased without tissues for other uses.

They are ideal for a purse, day trip or coat pocket.

Choose Bateau bateau tissues if you like:

Tips for use

Use, dispose, wash, reuse.

Take a clean tissue from the top/front of the pouch, blow your nose and place your used tissue in the lined space under/behind the pouch.

When the pouch is filled to the brim, take your tissues out to wash them. Machine dry, return the tissues to your pouch by folding them in 4 and repeat over and over.

Care instructions

Our tissues are washer and dryer safe.

Our tissues may shrink a little and become distorted over time. They are not meant to fray. If you see any threads, cut them off and continue to use them as normal. If you see that your tissues are unnaturally frayed, contact us. Top-loading, non-pivot HE washers are more prone to fraying our tissues. If you have this type of washer, it is recommended that you choose white tissues and/or wash them on a delicate cycle.

Avoid using bleach, as chlorine can weaken natural fibers and damage or yellow the fabric over time.

Avoid using fabric softener, as it may waterproof the fibers and your tissues will become less absorbent over time.

Tissues

Washing: If necessary, you can rinse/soak the tissues first or run a quick cycle in hot water to dilute mucus (this step is optional, but it does ease many psychological blocks).

Add the tissues to a regular load (clothes, washcloths, towels...) preferably with cold water (for the environment).

ATTENTION: Blood can stain white fabrics. Rinse with cold water before disposing of or washing in hot water.

CAUTION: Do not overload your washing machine. Tissues need room to expand and for water and soap to penetrate the fabric.

Dry: Machine dry to keep them soft or hang to dry.

Sets and Pouches

Wash: Wash with similar colors in cold water to prevent shrinking or warping.

Drying: Dry flat to increase their life span.

Composition

Facial tissues

Composition : 70% bamboo viscose and 30% organic cotton. OEKO-TEK-100 certified fabric.

Size: The tissues are the same size as a disposable tissue: 19 x 20.3 cm (7.5" x 8")

Features:The tissues are cut simply, without overlocking.

Carrying pouch

Composition:100% cotton, recycled PUL (polyester with polyurethane laminate), snap closure

Size:The pouch is approximately 11.5 x 12 cm (4.5″ x 4.75″).

Features:The pouches come with 4 tissues but can accommodate up to 6-7 tissues. They have a snap to prevent used tissues from falling out of the pouch.
