It helps relieve premenstrual symptoms and acts as a regulator of the hormonal system to help regulate the menstrual cycle.

May help with:

  • Hot flashes
  • Estrogen deficiency
  • Irregular periods
  • Painful periods
  • Premenstrual syndrome

MENOPAUSE FORMULA

Can help in case of hot flashes, estrogen deficiency, irregular periods, painful periods, premenstrual syndrome ... Absorption period and dosage identical to that of Meno-Concept Regular. The formulation of Meno-Concept Soya is slightly different from that of Meno-Concept Regular, but it applies to the same symptoms related to menopause, such as hot flashes.

Perimenopause

The 3-5 year period before menopause, when your estrogen and hormone levels begin to drop, is called perimenopause. You typically enter perimenopause in your late 40s and may begin to experience irregular menstrual cycles and symptoms such as:

  • Hot flashes
  • Sleep disturbances - Insomnia
  • Night sweats
  • High heart rate - Discomfort during sex
  • Urinary problems

It is still possible that you could become pregnant during this time and if you wish to avoid this, some form of birth control is recommended for up to one year after your last period. A form of progestin therapy may also be an option to control menstrual bleeding and treat vasomotor symptoms. Lifestyle changes are often recommended to help relieve other unpleasant symptoms.

Early Menopause

Certain events, other than natural aging, can lead to early menopause:

Hysterectomy (uterus removed) - symptoms appear gradually

Ophorectomy (ovaries removed) - symptoms appear immediately

Premature ovarian failure (POF) - underactive or inactive ovaries due to genetic treatments,
or cancer treatments, such as radiation or chemotherapy. POF can also be due to ovarian dysfunction or a lack of follicles, which become eggs.

Menopause

On average, most women are between 51 and 52 years old when they reach menopause. Technically, you are in menopause after missing your period for 12 consecutive months without having other causes, such as illness, medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding. The transition from perimenopause to menopause to post-menopause can take from 1 to 3 years. It is important to remember that each woman is unique and will experience menopause differently. Some women have few or no symptoms, and for those who do, symptoms can vary greatly.

Postmenopause

Menopause begins one year after the last menstrual cycle. Other symptoms that may have begun during perimenopause may persist during and after menopause. It is not unusual to experience:

  • Hot flashes
  • Night sweats
  • High heart rate
  • Sleep disturbances-insomnia
  • Mood changes - irritability, depression, anxiety
  • Urinary problems
  • Vaginal dryness that can cause discomfort during sexual intercourse. In addition, due to the decrease in
estrogen, the risk of heart disease, osteopenia and osteoporosis is increased.

If you have a painful period, try LTO3!

Advice for use

After taking natural or synthetic hormones: Take 3 capsules during three separate periods of the day. That's a total of 9 capsules per day. Gradually decrease as hot flashes subside to your personal dose. Eating certain foods such as chocolate, for example, can have a direct impact on your hot flashes. A healthy and adequate diet will always be considered.
