R37 is a homeopathic remedy for the relief of individuals suffering from flatulent colic, meteorism, intestinal colic, abdominal spasms characteristic of porphyrinuria and liver damage. It can also be used to counter cirrhosis of the liver, biliary colic, chronic constipation and can be a complementary remedy during renal colic.

Directions for Use

Dosage (adults and children ≥ 12 years of age): 5-10 drops 1-3 times daily in some water or undiluted, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
