In order to proceed with the handling and shipping of your order, it must be fully paid.
Orders of $100.00 and more before taxes at regular price will be delivered free of charge in Quebec and Ontario.
Orders of $150.00 and more before taxes at regular price will be delivered free of charge for the rest of Canada.
Here are the shipping costs for orders of $99.99 and less in Quebec and Ontario and orders of $149.99 and less for the rest of Canada (unless overweight and/or oversized). Depending on the carrier's modifications, the delivery fees may change without notice.

Heavier items, such as laundry detergent, have an additional shipping cost.
To avoid surprises, we have posted these extra charges directly on the product's card.
Most of our orders are shipped by Canada Post with a tracking number. If this is your case, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders for the city of Sherbrooke will be delivered by a local carrier. We will contact you to confirm the time and day of delivery to match your availability.

When you are in your shopping cart and checkout, select the Deliver to a different address option and enter the desired address.
Graciously, LE CAPUCIN also offers the option to add gift-wrapping by removing the labels from the products before completing the shipment. A simple note added to your order will be necessary to ensure that your wishes are simply fulfilled.

The average delivery time is between 2 and 10 working days.
For orders that leave from Sherbrooke in particular, the delay will be less than 24 hours.
