Anxiety mother tincture

Description

The Anxiety herbal concentrate is made from a blend of 3 plants working on the nervous system but in 3 different ways to make a really effective synergy. A perfect mother tincture for those with sleep and digestion problems related to anxiety and stress.

Tinctures are highly concentrated products of fresh plants (or an exclusive blend), macerated for weeks in alcohol. This solvent is indeed the most suitable to extract the properties, but it leaves a strong and sometimes unpleasant taste. The advantage is that it does not make much and that it can be mixed if necessary.

Properties of the plants

• Lemon balm: antispasmodic, tonic of the nervous system, relaxing. It works the anguish, the anxiety, it calms. It also calms the digestive system, thus the nervous digestion. It helps to reduce anxiety attacks, phobia, PMS.

Directions for use

The tinctures (plant concentrates) are taken by mouth. You can take directly in the mouth or mix in a "shooter" of juice or water. The goal is that it is taken quickly. Some people will prefer to take their drops with a sugar cube.
