All eight members of the B-vitamin complex are provided in Prenatal; these water-soluble vitamins are not stored by the body and are in constant demand for the formation of skin, bones, muscle, organs, and the nervous system. Vitamins C, D3, E, and K are also formulated in therapeutic levels to meet the demands of pregnancy.
Direction of use
Adults: Take 3 capsules daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before or after them.

Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience constipation, diarrhea, or vomiting.
