Lavandin Super essential oil is used in aromatherapy to calm nerves and relieve headaches.

• ODOUR : Characteristic, rustic, slightly camphoraceous

Posology :

Topical (Adults) Mix 2 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area 3 times a day. Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and for 5-10 minutes.

If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use. Not for use on inflamed, irritated, sensitive or damaged skin or if suffering from dermatitis. Avoid exposing affected areas to sunlight for 24h to 48h after application. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
