• Magnesium 50 mg (Magnesium Diglycinate) Extract 10:1 Mg equiv. at 500mg
• L-Theanine 100mg
• Skullcap 50mg (Scutellaria Lateriflora – Herb) 12.5mg 4:1 Extract
• Vitamin B6 50mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: L-Leucine, Pullulan

Directions for Use

• It works in less than 40 minutes.
• The effect lasts from 8 to 12 hours.
• In most cases, the results are obtained from the first day, but in other situations, LTO3 can take from 2 to 15 days before feeling the positive effects.
