Scots Pine essential oil is used in aromatherapy to help relieve muscle and joint pain associated with strains, sprains or rheumatoid arthritis, as well as to help relieve colds and coughs.

Its fresh forest scent energizes and refreshes the air.

Directions for use

Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply to affected area, 3 times a day.
Inhalation (Respiratory system): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of warm water or diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
