Preparation

1. 1 cup boiled water that has cooled slightly ( 8 oz, 250 ml)
2. 1 tsp loose tea in a tea ball / infuser.
3. Cover to prevent nutrients escaping in steam.
4. Steep for 4-7 minutes.
