Ylang Ylang Extra essential oil is used in aromatherapy to reduce nervousness and agitation as well as to help relieve Premenstrual Symptoms (PMS).

• BOTANICAL NAME : Cananga Odourata genuina
• EXTRACTION METHOD : Steam distillation
• ODOUR : Flowery, jasmine-like, very fragrant
• COLOUR : Orange-yellow to amber

Posology : Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply locally 3 times a day.
Inhalation (Nervous syst.): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or in a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
