Instructions for use

Preparation

• Add 1 tsp of loose tea in a tea ball / infuser to 1 cup of hot water (8 oz, 250 ml)*.
• Cover to prevent nutrients from escaping into the steam.
• Let steep for 4-7 minutes.
• Enjoy.
  * The best way to take an herbal tea/infusion is by 1L and use as needed. Less risk of burning properties....1 tsp of loose tea in a tea ball/infuser.
